Belgian Law does not allow us to sell at a loss. As a result price reductions are limited to our purchase price.

Prices can only be compared when taking all costs into account. Some competitors are champions in offering low prices but then kill you with extra fees from shipping to packaging and wire fees.

Products must be for sale (and in stock) in the same quantities as you are requesting.

Excluded are close-out sales, bankruptcies, damaged products, repackaged or used products, temporary folder promotions.

Only European offers are taken into account.

You will be requested to show us proof of your claim (pricelists, webprint,...). Just requesting a price adjustment because you say so is not going to work. Anonymous or modified prints are not accepted as valid.
