Before you can log in to this website with a username and password, you need to register. It is not possible to login when you have not completed the registration form. So it is useless to try to login with your name, your e-mail address or your debtor number when you are not registered.

You need to register, even if you are a client, because of various security reasons:

• If you are a client, anyone could guess a valid debtor number or know your e-mail address or name and gain access to your prices, order history, place orders in your name...
• Anyone could post inappropriate messages on our (soon-to-be) forum etc.

Therefore, follow these steps before trying to log in :

1. Register: choose a username, password, give a valid e-mail address and if you are a client, a valid debtor number
2. Wait for the confirmation e-mail to arrive; Click the link in the e-mail to confirm your registration. Also check your SPAM folder to see if the mail arrived there.
3. You can now log in using your chosen username and password.
4. If you have provided a debtor number, wait approx. 48 hours for us to confirm your number (we'll probably contact you by phone to verify you have registered on our website). When the confirmation is complete, you will receive another email confirming the verification of your debtor number.
5. If you log in again, you will see your prices and all other features we provide towards our clients.
